DESCRIPTION:This is a gathering for everyone interested in flow arts and fire juggling\, wherever you are from.\nFeel free to take your flow toys (staff\, hula hoop\, poi\, etc) and join us for a nice jam session. Fuel will be available for those wanting to play with fire in a safe manner.\nNo need to perform\, you are welcome to join\, enjoy the show and clap your hands!\nMusicians are more than welcome 🙂 \nWhat is Flow Arts? \nFlow Arts is a general term used to describe the intersection of a variety of movement-based disciplines including dance\, juggling\, fire-spinning\, and object manipulation. The broad category Flow Arts includes a variety of pursuits that harmonize skill-based techniques with creative expression to achieve a state of present-moment awareness known as Flow. \nCommon forms of Flow Arts include Poi & Staff spinning\, hula hoop (or “hooping”)\, juggling\, sphere manipulation (or “contact juggling”)\, and fan dance.
