DESCRIPTION:Nov 18 & Nov 25 (4 Part Workshop…more details below) \nFacing our Fears\nThis workshop is Exactly about that. We are going to create a safe space to face our fears and embrace our shadows. We are going to into the depths of darkness and learn to love our demons and transform them into fuel. We’re going to explore how to use Fear as our compass. Find the Root our Shadow and embrace it! \nWe are also going to explore tools of how to meet our shadow when it comes up in every day life. How to transform our mental emotoinal habits and patterns that no longer serve us and replace them with new ones that empower us! \nWith love this is going to be big powerful work.\nTransformative. Healing.\nWe’re going to go there. Together! We can do this!\nThis is the good stuff\, the real work!\nSelf loving all the way\, through the fire\,\ninto the darkness\, to find the light that lives in everything!\nJoin us for the ride. \nBig Love and Blessings to everyone out there!\nॐ \n—\nDetails…\nThis is a 4 Part workshop over two days Friday Nov 18th & Friday Nov 25th both days from 5-9pm @ the Chi Center. \nIn order to attend the workshop on 25th you must first have attended the 18th\, as we will be continuing the work. There will be excercises and reflective questions you can take home with you the week in between.
