DESCRIPTION:إفتتاح المعرض: 7 ‬تشرين‭ ‬أول/‭‬أكتوبر‭ ‬6:00‭ ‬مساء\nالمعرض لغاية 15 ‬تشرين‭ ‬أول/‭‬أكتوبر 2017\nبالتعاون مع مخيم غزة في جرش \nتقدم دارة الفنون معرض لعرض المنتجات التي قام بتصميمها وصناعتها “تصميم من فسطين”، علامة تصميم شاملة تقدم منتجات مفيدة من فلسطين. يجمع البرنامج الذي مقره رام الله مجتمعات الحرف الفلسطينية بالمصممين المعاصرين والفنانين من فلسطين مع طلاب درجة الماجستير من معهد ساندبيرغ في أمستردام لتبادل المعرفة والخبرات والتقنيات. \nقام فريق من المصممين من الأردن وفلسطين وهولندا بالتعاون مع نساء حرفيات من المخيمات الفلسطينية في الأردن لابتكار سلسلة من المنتجات التعاونية في ورشة عمل عقدت على مدار اسبوعين. \nتسعى الورشة الموجهة من قبل غدير دجاني (مديرة الإنتاج في تصاميم من فلسطين) و اناليس دي فيت (مؤسسة تصاميم من فلسطين) وهيا البسطامي (مسؤولة التعليم والتوعية المجتمعية في أسبوع عمّان للتصميم) وريم مرجي (معمارية، من فريق دارة الفنون) والمصممة مي خوري كمتحدثة زائرة إلى خلق تجربة تعلم تعاونية عبر التبادل العالميّ بين المصممين. \nقام هؤلاء المصممون معاً بإنتاج مجموعة منتجات تحكي عن الواقع الفلسطيني الاجتماعي الحالي، وستباع هذه المنتجات محلياً وعالمياً، لتنقل حكايات بديلة وتتأمل في وظيفة الممارسات الإبداعية في حالات الصراع. تم أيضاً أخذ بعض نتائج ورشة العمل إلى الإنتاج لتعرض وتباع في المختبر في دارة الفنون خلال أسبوع عمّان للتصميم. \nالمصممين المشاركين: رند أبو الشعر (الأردن)، معماريّة، آسيا كيمان (هولندا)، طالبة ماجستير في معهد Sandberg للتصميم، محمد اشتي (فلسطين)، مصمم داخلي ومصمم إنتاج، تيسا ميوس (هولندا)، طالبة ماجستير في معهد Sandberg للتصميم، فداء شافي (فلسطين)، عالمة سياسيّة ومصمّمة، شيريدا كوفور (هولندا/ بريطانيا/ غانا)، طالبة ماجستير في معهد Sandberg للتصميم، نور نشيوات (الأردن)، مصمّمة، ريبيكا فرايز (هولندا)، خريجة معهد Sandberg للتصميم، مريم س. شكري (الأردن)، مصمّمة، قصي الصيفي (فلسطين)، مؤسّس أوريغامي فلسطين، آية أبو غزالة (الأردن)، فنانة/ مصممة. \nExhibition Opening: 7 October 2017 6:00pm\nExhibition will run until 15 October\nIn co-creation with Gaza refugee camp in Jerash\nThe Lab \nThis exhibition displays the products developed by Disarming Design from Palestine\, an inclusive design label that creates useful products from Palestine speaking of it’s current social landscape. Based in Ramallah\, the program unites Palestinian crafts communities with contemporary designers and artists from Palestine with Master students from the Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam to exchange knowledge\, narratives\, experiences and techniques. \nDuring a two-week long workshop in September\, a team of Jordanian\, Palestinian and Dutch designers collaborated with local craftswomen and men from the Gaza refugee camp in Jerash to collaboratively develop a series of thought provoking products. The workshop\, guided by Ghadeer Dajani (Disarming Design’s production manager)\, Annelys de Vet (Disarming Design’s founder)\, Haya Bustami (Education and Community Outreach at Amman Design Week) and Reem Marji (architect\, Darat al Funun team) — plus May Khoury (designer) as visiting tutor — sought to create collaborative learning experiences through multidisciplinary and international exchange. The participants produced a line of items that reflect on the reality in the camp and the stories the artisans shared\, varying from a wooden labyrinth game to an origami folded bag\, and from a luminous clothespin to a baby blanket with embroidered song lines. \nA selection of the workshop’s outcomes were taken into production in the camp\, and are being exhibited and sold at The Lab at Darat al Funun throughout Amman Design Week\, alongside a show of the existing collection of the label.
