She has coached and trained executives of SMEs to develop their leadership skills and build transformational plans. \nNadine is a founding member and partner of the management consultancy firm\, Beyond Reform and Development Irada\, which works in the public and private sectors on areas of strategy design\, organizational development\, capacity building and policy reform. She is also a coach\, lead facilitator\, and mentor with Mowgli Mentoring Foundation in MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa. \nNadine holds a Bachelor’s degree in socio-anthropology from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s degree in business administration from the American University in Dubai.\nNadine El Asmar will also be leading a workshop on Saturday\, September 30 aimed at high school students and funded by the Soraya Salti Youth for Youth Series.
