DESCRIPTION:Utilizing the creative therapeutic art-making process in a group setting can bring various benefits\, some of which are different to those achieved in an individual setting. Sharing personal stories\, thoughts and feelings within a supportive environment; observing how others deal with their own issues; giving and receiving the sense of belonging\, acceptance and validation are some of the therapeutic values of group therapy.\nJoin us in this series of 6 group art therapy sessions to tap into your creative energy\, project your inner portrait\, and collaboratively achieve new insights.\nThis series is a safe\, yet daring opportunity to dig deeper within the psyche\, touch upon unexplored personal spaces and externalize emotions. \nWho can join:\nAdult Self-development seekers. No prior art experience is required.
