DESCRIPTION:50 Year Occupation Commemoration\nThursday\, 8/6/2017 at 7:30 PM – 10 PM \nنحيي ذكرى 50 سنة متواصلة من الإصرار الفلسطينيّ منذ نكسة ال1967 \nسنبدأ فعاليتنا بإفطار جماعي، وهنا ندعوكم، جميع المشاركين معنا، لإحضار طبق طعام (مفضّل من المطبخ العربي) لمشاركته مع الآخرين \nبعد الوجبة، ندعو الحضور للطابق العلوي للإستماع لعروض وقصص، موسيقى وشعر يقدمها حصريّاً بعضا من ابناء الشعب الفلسطيني \nستتركز العروض والقصص حول ما يعنيه ان تكون فلسطينيّا او فلسطينية اليوم- في الشتات، في الأردن، في غزة أو في الأراضي المحتلة عام 1948 \nتمثّل جميع العروض والقصص جمال وتعقيد الهوية الفلسطينية ورحلتها المستمرّة في الحفاظ على نفسها أينما كانت ورغم كل العقبات\nالدعوة مفتوحة للجميع. لكن في حالة أراد/ت اي/ة فلسطيني/ة تقديم الخِطاب او العروض، يرجى التواصل مع منظّمي الفعالية فالأمكنة محدودة \nسعر الدخول: 10 دنانير بدون طبق طعام/ 5 دنانير مع طبق \n100% من ريع الفعّالية سيمنح للجماعة الفلسطينية في الأردن\n40% للفنانين المشاركين في هذا اليوم\n40% للمشروع الثقافي “ايقاعات مع اللاجئين” الذي يقام في مخيم البقعة\n20% لمُضيفي الفعّالية \nللإستفسار والمعلومات الإضافية يرجى التواصل مع السيد براد برومفيلد على البريد الالكتروني \n3rad3roomfield@gmail.com \nأو الاتصال على الرقم\n064652005 \n———————- \nAn event commemorating 50 years of Palestinian determination since the 1967 occupation. \nThe event will begin with an iftar “potluck” in which those in attendance are invited to bring a dish (preferably Arabic food) to share with others. \nAfter the meal guests will be invited upstairs to listen to presentations\, stories\, poetry\, and music performances exclusively by Palestinian persons. \nAll presentations and stories will focus on what it means to be Palestinian today – whether in exile\, in Jordan\, in West Bank\, in Gaza\, or in 1948 territory. All stories and performances represent the beauty and complexity of the Palestinian identity and its unrelenting quest to preserve itself wherever it is despite all obstacles.
