DESCRIPTION:يسر جدَل للمعرفة والثقافة بالتعاون مع الفنانة يوليا إيفانوفا* دعوتكن لحضور ورشة في الرقص الشرقي للسيدات.\nتتضمّن هذه الورشة الحيويّة حركات أساسيّة من السهل إعادتها، ومجموعة من الحركات الفنيّة للأطراف والوسط بالإضافة لتنقلات إنسيابيّة.\nلماذا هذه الورشة؟\nإن الرّقص الشرقي يُعد بمثابة رياضة لعضلات الجسد، فهو يحتوي على حركات تزيد من مرونة الجدع، وتركز على أعضاء منفصلة من الجسد ليجمعها كلها في رقصات إنسيابيّة مفيدة لكامل جسد المرأة. يمارس هذا النوع من الرقص عادةً بأقدام حافية للتركيز على العلاقة الحميميّة بين الراقصة والأرض. \nالسبت 29 تشرين الأوّل، 6-8 مساء\nالرسوم: 15 دينار\nللتسجيل الرجاء إرسال رسالة لـ creativity@jadalculture.com أو 0790910814 تتضمّن الإسم الثنائي، رقم الهاتف، وإسم الورشة.\nملاحظة: الورشة للسيدات فقط، وستكون في قاعة مغلقة. الخبرة المسبقة غير مطلوبة، وهي مناسبة لجميع الأعمار. ويفضّل إرتداء ملابس مريحة. \n*يوليا إيفانوفا راقصة محترفة، حاصلة على جوائز عدّة، وذات خبرة 15 سنة في الأداء، و 5 سنوات خبرة في تعليم الرّقص في كل من الأردن، البحرين، روسيا والجزائر. \nJadal for Knowledge and Culture in collaboration with Julia Ivanova* are happy to invite you to a Belly Dance WS for women.\nDuring this workshop we’ll learn basic movements of Belly Dance\, create simple and beautiful choreography on Oriental popular song ! This high-energy piece features belly dance isolations\, pop and lock patterns\, shimmies\, shimmy layers and various traveling movements. A fun and well rounded choreography to practice or perform!\nWhy Belly dancing?\nBELLY DANCING is natural to a woman’s bone and muscle structure with movements emanating from the torso rather than in the legs and feet. The dance often focuses upon isolating different parts of the body\, moving them independently in sensuous patterns\, weaving together the entire feminine form.
