DESCRIPTION:الحقيقة سوداء، فاكتب عليها\nبضوء السراب.\nمحمود درويش \nافتتاح معرض وحفل موسيقي\nالمعرض الثالث لعيدنا الثلاثين\nافتتاح: 23 تشرين أوّل/ أكتوبر 2018 | 6:00 – 8:00 مساءً\nحفل موسيقي تانيا ناصر ومريم تماري\n8:00 مساء I الموقع الأثري \nانضموا الينا باحتفالاتنا. \nبمناسبة المعرض الثالث لاحتفاليتنا بعامنا ال30، قمنا بدعوة فنانين من جميع التخصصات للتوقف لبرهة والتأمل، لإعادة تخيل عالمنا وإعادة سرد قصصهم، انطلاقا من التحدي الذي وضعه محمود درويش في قصيدته “إلى شاعر شاب”: \nالحقيقة سوداء، فاكتب عليها\nبضوء السّراب. \n\nأقيمت ثلاثة معارض متتالية خلال عام 2018، من بينها معرضنا الختامي هذا. وكما هو الحال في المعرضين السابقين، لا يقدم هذا المعرض قراءة واحدة للماضي أو الحاضر، إذ يقدم الفنانون مجموعة متنوعة من وجهات النظر ويعرضون مجموعة واسعة من الممارسات التي تعكس تعقيدات عالمنا وزمننا. وتشكل المعارض الثلاثة مجموعة من الروايات والتساؤلات الجديدة، مع ما تتيح ظهوره من مفارقات وتعقيدات. \n\nالفنانون المشاركون في معرض تشرين أوّل/ أكتوبر 2018 – كانون ثاني/ يناير 2019: \nأحلام شبلي (فلسطين)، أحمد سلامة (الأردن)، جايمس ويب (جنوب أفريقيا)، خليل رباح (فلسطين)، سيما زريقات (الأردن/ الولايات المتحدة)، ريكاردو ماتلاكس (ايطاليا/ بريطانيا)، ستوديو 8 (الأردن)، عادل عابدين (العراق)، معاوية باجس (الأردن)، هراير سركيسيان (سوريا)، ويل اسكندر (الأردن/ الإمارات)، يوسف قعوار (الأردن) وأعمال طباعة لطلاب من الجامعة الأردنيّة. \nيستمر المعرض لغاية 24 كانون ثاني/ يناير 2019.\nيعقب افتتاح المعرض في الساعة 8:00 مساء أداء موسيقي من السوبرانو تانيا تماري ناصر التي سوف تعيد تمثيل أول حفل موسيقي أقيم في عام 1993 في موقعنا الأثري بعد افتتاح دارة الفنون، وذلك عندما غنت مجموعة قصائد للكاتب الفلسطيني الراحل جبرا إبراهيم جبرا، الذي سافر من العراق لحضور الحفل دعماً لمبادرتها المبتكرة. رافق تانيا ناصر في ذلك الحفل عازفة البيانو والمؤلفة الموسيقية أغنيس بشير وراقصة الباليه رانيا قمحاوي. أما الآن في حفلنا الختامي لعيدنا ال30، فستبدأ تانيا ناصر وأغنيس بشير بأداء أجزاء من الحفل الموسيقي لعام 1993. وفي الجزء الثاني من الحفل، ستقوم تانيا وابنة أخيها، السوبرانو مريم فلاديمير تماري، بمرافقة عازف البيانو فادي ديب، بغناء المعزوفات المنفردة والثنائية معاً، تعبيرا عن أهمية التراكم و التواصل من جيل إلى آخر. \nTruth is black\, write over it\nwith a mirage’s light.\nMahmoud Darwish \nExhibition Opening and Concert\nThe Third Exhibition of our 30th Anniversary\nOpening: 23 October 2018 I 6:00-8:00 PM\nConcert Tania Nasir & Mariam Tamari\nat 8:00 PM | Archaeological Site\nJoin us in our celebrations. \nFor our 30th anniversary\, we invited artists from all disciplines to pause and reflect\, to re-imagine our world\, and to reinvent their narrative\, following the challenge set by Mahmoud Darwish in his poem ‘To a Young Poet’: \nTruth is black\, write over it\nwith a mirage’s light. \nThree consecutive exhibitions were held over 2018\, of which this is the closing one. As in the two previous iterations\, this third exhibition does not offer one reading of the past or the present. The artists offer a multiplicity of perspectives and present a wide variety of practices that reflect the complexities of our world and our time. Together the exhibitions form a constellation of new narratives and interrogations\, while allowing scope for paradoxes and intricacies to emerge. \nParticipating artists in the October 2018 – January 2019 exhibition: \nAdel Abidin (Iraq)\, Ahlam Shibli (Palestine)\, Ahmad Salameh (Jordan)\, Hrair Sarkissian (Syria)\, James Webb (South Africa)\, Khalil Rabah (Palestine)\, Mo’awia Bajis (Jordan)\, Riccardo Matlakas (Italy/UK)\, Sima Zureikat (Jordan/US)\, Studio 8 (Jordan)\, Yousef Kawar (Jordan)\, and Will Iskander (Jordan/UAE)\, as well as print works by students from The University of Jordan. \nThe exhibition runs until 24 January 2019. \nA musical performance at 8:00pm by soprano Tania Tamari Nasir will follow the exhibition opening. She will reenact the very first concert held in 1993 at our archeological site after the inauguration of Darat al Funun\, when she sang poems by the late Palestinian writer Jabra Ibrahim Jabra\, who travelled from Iraq to attend the concert in support of her innovative initiative. She was accompanied by pianist and composer Agnes Bashir and modern ballet dancer Rania Qamhawi. Now\, for the closing event of our 30th anniversary\, Tania Nasir and Agnes Bashir will start by performing segments of the 1993 concert. In the second part of the concert\, Tania and her niece\, the soprano Mariam Vladimir Tamari\, accompanied on the piano by Fadi Deeb\, will sing solos and duos together\, upholding the spirit of continuity of experiences transferred from one generation to another.
