DESCRIPTION:جلسة تعريفية: السبت 4 شباط/ فبراير 2017 في المختبر من 12-4 مساء\nفترة البحث: شباط/ فبراير- نيسان/ أبريل\nورش العمل: كل سبت ابتداء من فترة البحث 4 شباط/ فبراير من 12- 4 مساء في المختبر \nأرشفة، تصوّر، رقمنة، تصميم\nتتيح دارة الفنون أرشيفها لفريق مختار من المشاركين للاستكشاف، التطوير، التعرف على نهج النشاطات، الأشخاص واللحظات التي كوّنت قصة دارة الفنون. \nنتطلع لتأسيس فريق من المشاركين المهتمين ومن خلفيات متنوعة بهدف النظر في أرشيفنا بعين جديدة لإحياء الأرشيف بطرق متوقعة وغير متوقعة. نأمل من المشاركين العمل بروح الفريق لتوثيق، رقمنة، إحياء الأرشيف، فضلاً عن جمع الروايات الشفوية وتوثيق الحكايات الشخصية، والتقاط لحظات من تاريخ دارة الفنون. \nسيعمل المشاركون مع فريق دارة الفنون في هذا المشروع البحثي الشامل، وسيتم عرض المفاهيم الأساسية لجمع وأرشفة ومعالجة الروايات التاريخية والتعبير عنها باستخدام التصوير الفوتوغرافي، الفيديو، المقاطع الصوتية، والتوثيق عن طريق الكتابة. \nيتضمن البرنامج جلسات بحث جماعية، ونقاشات، وزيارات لمراكز أبحاث، ولقاءات مع الفنانين، والمهنيين، وقيمي المعارض، والمهندسين المعماريين. ستكون مكتبة دارة الفنون ومنشوراتها، وأرشيف الفيديو والصور والنصوص التي تشكل أرشيف دارة الفنون جميعها متاحة للمشاركين، بما في ذلك من وثائق للقاءات والفعاليات التاريخية، وتوثيق المراحل التي تمر فيها الأعمال. \nدارة الفنون: فن، عمارة، آثار\nتعود قصة دارة الفنون إلى عام 1988، عندما تولّت الفنانة سهى شومان مبادرة لدعم الفنانين المعاصرين من الأردن والعالم العربي. تم تنظيم معارض شخصية وجماعية لكبار الفنانين، ولفنانين معاصرين، وبمرور السنين، كونت دارة الفنون فضاءً متخصصاً بالفنون البصرية وأشكال التعبير الفني، يشجع على الحوار بين الأجيال الفنية المتعددة. كذلك تنظيم برنامج للقاءات والمحاضرات، والإقامات الفنّية وورش العمل التي تجمع الفنون ونظريات الفن والتعليم، والعروض الأدائية، وعروض الأفلام والحفلات الموسيقية والفعاليات الثقافية، لتواكب رؤيتها في الجمع بسلاسة بين الفنون البصرية وغيرها من طرق التعبير عن الذات. \nافتتحت دارة الفنون المبنى الرئيسي في العام 1993، والآن تضم ستّة مبانٍ تاريخيّة ومستودعات وموقع أثريّ في الحديقة تم ترميمها جميعاً. تحكي المباني قصصها، وتضيف للحكايات خلفية لا تزال تؤثر في فنانين اليوم. شيّدت مباني دارة الفنون عائلات أردنيّة وفلسطينيّة وسوريّة ولبنانيّة، تحمل التاريخ المشترك لبلاد الشّام. وبترميم المباني وإعادة الحياة إليها، ساهمت دارة الفنون بالحفاظ على التراث المعماري والحضاري والتاريخي في الأردن. \nجمعت دارة الفنون ثروة من المواد الأرشيفية منذ العام 1988، مع التوثيق التاريخي لتطور الأردن من خلال عدسة الفنون، والآثار والعمارة. تقارب ذكرى إنشاء دارة الفنون 30 عاماً، فالمساحة، والمباني، وتاريخها، والأداءات الفنية، والمعارض، والأفكار لها أهمية كالأشخاص الذين عبروا من خلال هذه المساحة وأثرّوا في تاريخها الغني. \nندعو المهتمين للتسجيل\nندعو للانضمام إلينا؛ الأشخاص المهتمين في مجال البحث والتوثيق، والقادمين من خلفيات مختلفة: فنانون، معماريون، علماء آثار، مصممون، مأرشفون، مصورون، صانعو الأفلام، الكتّاب والمبدعون. لا نطلب خبرة عمل سابقة في مجال الأرشيف، لكن يجب على المشاركين أن يتحلوا بالدقة والحرص على التفاصيل ومهارات التنظيم المتقدمة، مع القدرة على التعامل مع المواد الحساسة. \nسنعقد جلسة معلوماتية لهذا المشروع في شباط/ فبراير 2017، وسنطلعكم على تفاصيل أوفى عن المشروع، كما تتاح لكم فرصة طرح الأسئلة والاستفسارات.\nلمن يرغب المشاركة في هذا المشروع الرائد، الرجاء تسجيل طلبك عبر الإيميل opencall@daratalfunun.org، تحت عنوان “مشروع الأرشيف” على أن يتضمّن الطلب: \nالاسم ورقم الهاتف.\nخلفية المقدم، والسيرة الذاتية أو نماذج أعمال سابقة\nذكر سبب التقديم. \nالموعد النهائي لاستقبال الطلبات هو 19 كانون ثاني/ يناير 2017\nINFORMATION SESSION: 4 SATURDAY FEBRUARY\, 2017 AT THE LAB\nRESEARCH PERIOD: FEBRUARY- APRIL\nWORKSHOPS: EVERY SATURDAY DURING THE RESEARCH PERIOD\, STARTING 4 FEBRUARY 2017\, FROM 12- 4 PM AT THE LAB \nArchiving\, Visualising\, Digitizing\, Designing\nDarat al Funun is opening up its archive to a team of selected participants in order to explore\, develop\, and process the events\, people\, and moments that make up the story of Darat al Funun \nFor this project we are looking to put together a dedicated group of participants who are open to look at the material with fresh eyes and to bring various aspects of our archive to life in expected and more unexpected ways. Participants will be required to work collaboratively to document\, digitize\, and populate the archive\, as well as follow leads to collect oral histories\, document narratives\, and capture moments from Darat al Funun’s history \nParticipants will work closely with Darat al Funun staff in this comprehensive research project and will be introduced to the basic concepts of collecting\, archiving\, and processing historical narratives in the form of photo\, video\, audio\, and written documentation \nThe program will consist of group research sessions\, round table discussions\, visits to research centers\, and meetings with artists\, practitioners\, performers\, curators\, and architects. Participants will have access to Darat al Funun’s library\, publications\, and a wealth of video footage\, photographs\, and texts that make up the archive of Darat al Funun\, including documentation of historic talks and events\, and documentation of process work \nDarat al Funun: Art\, Architecture and Archaeology\nDarat al Funun traces its beginning to 1988\, when artist Suha Shoman led an initiative in support of contemporary artists from Jordan and the Arab world. Over the years\, group and solo exhibitions for both established and emerging artists were organised\, creating a stimulating environment and a meeting place for artists seeking support and dialogue. A program of talks and lectures\, residencies and workshops combined art practices with art theory and education. Performances\, film screenings\, concerts\, and cultural events brought the visual arts in harmony with other forms of self-expression \nDarat al Funun opened its Main Building in 1993\, and is now housed in six renovated historical buildings with a restored archaeological site in the garden. The buildings each tell their own stories\, providing a backdrop to many of the narratives that still impact the artists of today. Darat al Funun’s houses were built by Jordanian\, Palestinian\, Syrian and Lebanese families\, and together hold the history of the city of Amman and the shared history of the region – the Bilad al-Sham. By saving and restoring abandoned historic buildings and antiquities\, Darat al Funun also contributed to preserving Jordan’s architectural and cultural heritage \nDarat al Funun has amassed a wealth of archival material covering the period from 1988 to the present\, and historical documentation of the development of Jordan through the lens of art\, archaeology\, and architecture.
