يعرض الفيلم قصة اثنين من المعلمين – المعلم (كرو سونغ) والمعلمة (كرو آن)، والذين تم تعيينهم في مدرسة عائمة في منطقة فيتشابوري الريفية بفارق عام واحد بين تعيينهما. كرو آن تم تعيينها أولاً، وكانت تحتفظ بمذكراتها اليومية عن حياتها وأفكارها ومغامراتها. في يوم ما، جاء أمر بنقلها إلى مدرسة أخرى، وعندما غادرت، نسيت أن تأخذ مذكراتها. وجاء المعلم (كرو سونغ) كبديل لها وبدأ في قراءة مذكراتها، وهكذا وقع كرو سونغ في حب كرو آن الذي لم تره في حياتها.

It follows the story of two teachers – a male (Kru Song) and a female (Kru Ann) who were both assigned to a floating school in rural area of Phetchaburi one a year apart. Kru Ann being assigned first, kept a diary of her life, thoughts and adventures. One day she has to be transferred to another school and left the diary. Kru Song came by as a substitute and started reading her diary, thus, falling in love with the unacquainted writer.
