I'm a membership in the fitness first in shmaisani...actually you have very nice fame and you have a name that made me signing up in your club without hesitation ...Thanks to Fitness First and thanks to wonderful trainers who are very well qualified and thanks to those who try to do their best to make this club the supreme one and guide all their efforts to reach the utmost success for FF...


Actually im writing to express my admiration of this nice club and dectate my very important note about the honesty of the sales management in shmaisani...I'm sorry to say that the The sales management in shmaisani is losing its honesty through some lies and fake promises...once i signed up ( 80 days ago ) they told me that you will have one month extra ...


Ahmed Kameel is abad example of an employee who tries to spread out promises to get more sales...the prove that when i asked about my extra month that he promised... Ihave found no thing systematic about it ...they said you have no extra month...i reported ageneral complaint to Enas the sales manager without mentioning any names...I told her to change the policy the fitness follow because not only me the one who complain about fake promises but most of my friends too...she brought Ahmed Kameel and she said:this is the one you mean!!...then Ahmed said noo...i added one month to him...i was silent because he was a liar...actually this will effect the honesty of FF in the future...
I'm sorry to say that i might not sign up again ...because i can't bear this policy applied to me again....Thanks...Ramzi
