Bad attitude of the staff
Today 20/2 I visits al jubaayha branch .i tried to get medicine to my daughter and they asked me to bring the ID card and it the rt thing but I have 2 comments:
1- the attitude with the customer must be in good way. She said that it is not allowed to take medicine in any way even 3 days ago I take medicine to my wife without I'd card with the same pharmacist and she denied this and another pharmacist came and said yes he take the medicine without I'd. I thing to bring the I'd is the rt thing but not to say in the way or other I'm not true.
2 . I asked to have a reciet at the end and I found that their is a different of what the asked me to pay and what is in the reciet and I hope this by mistake
