i called the company today at 9 am requesting an urgent and very important service..my main door does not lock...we opened it last night and we could not close the door back again..the company seems that they dont have service or follow up for emergency...i was told that i have to wait 48 hours atleast for someone to come and check the door...i cant close nor lock the door of my house..this is a shame...i have installed 8 doors from this company ...this is the worst service...
